End part one

Part one has come to a close. Every part will be about 28 posts. After every part, I’ll upload a new page called “Cliff(hanger) Notes” which will give a brief bio of one of the characters. Phil is the lucky one this time.
If anyone is just finding their way here, I’ll try and post a summary as well in the Cliff(hanger) Notes section. I started this blog as a writing exercise to sharpen my skills as a writer, and to get back in the game of creating something from nothing. Before when I wanted to create a story, I’d just call some friends and we’d roll dice in a game of Rifts, Marvel Super Heroes, or even Boot Hill. I miss those days, and lately I’ve come to miss the creative process of crafting a story. I’m hoping to turn my efforts towards a novel in the coming weeks, but I intend to keep updating this blog with a new part of the story every day until it’s over, which I think will be in a year’s time from the blog’s beginning.
The layout may change a bit as well, as the idea of changing the layout for every part of the story is one I’m wrestling with. We’ll see what happens.
